Hi Aisyah,

Thank you for your email and providing details of your CIP project. My colleagues and I are delighted to have you and your friend on board to help out at Youth Infinity this week. As spoken and agreed, you and your friend can come in on Thursday, 29 September 2011 and Friday, 30 September 2011 to fulfill your CIP hours. My colleague, Ms Rani, will be the person whom you will be liaising and overseeing your CIP during the next two days. Please feel free to ask her any questions pertaining to our centre and the activities that are conducted. She will also brief you on your roles.

If I could also inform you that the organisation is strict of any photo or video taking of our youths so as to protect their identity. Should you require to take any photographs, we would appreciate that none of their faces are taken and if there be any interviews conducted, none of their real names are used. Please inform Ms Rani beforehand, should you are going to do any of the above.
